Our 60-day guarantee

Every book comes with a 60-day money-back guarantee. If it is not for you, send it back within 60 days of delivery and we refund the full price of the book. No questions asked.

How to return a book

• Email nordhealth.info@gmail.com with your order number within 60 days of delivery.
• We reply with the return address and a short return note to put in the parcel.
• Pack the book so it does not get damaged on the way and send it back.
• We refund you within 5 business days of receiving the book.

Return postage

You pay the postage to send the book back, unless the book arrived damaged or we sent the wrong one. In those cases we cover it.

How you get your money

Refunds go back to the payment method you used at checkout. Your bank or card company can take a few extra business days to show it.

Damaged or wrong items

If a book arrives damaged, or you received the wrong book, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. You do not need to send it back first. We send a replacement or refund you, your choice.

Digital items

Free digital extras cannot be returned, and returning a book does not affect them.

Subscriptions

If you have a subscription with us, you can cancel it at any time. Cancelling stops future charges. Charges already made are not refunded unless our terms say otherwise.
