These terms apply when you use this store or buy from it. The store is run by Hausplan OÜ. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Orders and payment

• Prices are in US dollars. Shipping is added at checkout.
• Your order is accepted when we send you the order confirmation email.
• We may cancel an order if we cannot fulfil it, if there is a pricing mistake, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we refund you in full.
• Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers.

Returns and refunds

Every book has a 60-day money-back guarantee. See our refund policy for how it works.

Free extras

Some books come with free digital extras. They are for your personal use. You may print them for yourself, but not sell or share them.

Subscriptions

Some extras are sold as subscriptions. The price, the billing period and any free period are shown before you add one to your order. You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing us. Cancelling stops future charges.

The books

The books we sell are published by their publishers and written by their authors. We are a reseller. Descriptions on our pages are written by us from the books and from public sources.

Our content

The text, pictures and design of this store belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy them for commercial use without our written permission.

Reviews

Reviews shown on our pages come from readers or from public review sites, and we say which. We do not pay for reviews.

Mistakes

We try to keep every page accurate. If we find a mistake in a price or a description, we will correct it, and we may cancel an affected order and refund you.

Limits on our liability

We are responsible for delivering what you ordered and for the guarantee above. We are not responsible for losses that were not caused by us, or that we could not reasonably foresee. Nothing in these terms limits rights the law gives you as a consumer.

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the consumer laws of the country you live in.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. The terms in force when you order are the ones that apply to that order.
